Tel Aviv Demands UN Investigation Committee Be Disbanded
The Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs reacted to the release of a UN examination committee report alleging genocide in Gaza by demanding the dissolution of the committee, according to the english section of webangah News Agency, citing Rosalyoum via Mehr News Agency.
The ministry rejected the report,claiming it was based on data provided by Hamas.
Minutes earlier, the UN’s international investigation committee officially stated that Israel committed genocide against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.
The report states that Israeli officials and affiliated elements have committed five acts classified as genocide in Gaza. it accuses Israel of pursuing this policy over the past two years with the aim of eradicating Palestinians through induced famine. The committee collected 60,000 pieces of evidence supporting these claims.
