Russia Sets Conditions for Trilateral Summit with Ukraine and the United States
Russia’s Deputy Foreign Minister says the trilateral summit involving the US will not proceed until Ukraine responds.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency from TASS, Sergei Ryabkov, Russia’s Deputy Foreign Minister, stated that holding a trilateral summit with Ukraine and the United States will only be possible if Kyiv provides a reasonable response to Moscow’s proposals.
Ryabkov said that Russian President Vladimir Putin has already specified everything needed to establish contact with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
He added that if no appropriate, sensible, and clever reply is received in response to their signals, there is little reason to discuss any form of a trilateral summit.
