Deployment Site Set for “Sumud” Fleet’s Move Toward Gaza
Samood Fleet vessels are gathering near Malta’s waters in the Mediterranean Sea to sail together toward the Gaza Strip.
The organizers of the Samood Fleet announced that their ships are assembling near Malta’s waters to sail collectively across the Mediterranean Sea toward the shores of Gaza, according to webangah news Agency.
Close to 50 vessels affiliated with the Samood Fleet began their voyage toward the Gaza Strip on Sunday.
The fleet departed from ports in Tunisia, Italy, Greece, and Libya. Several ships also set off from Barcelona, Spain earlier this month. These vessels carry medical and food supplies alongside prominent activists from over 40 countries worldwide.
