At the same time, images emerging from Palestinian news outlets show early moments of civilian killings by the Israeli occupation regime west of Gaza City. The regime targeted a group of Palestinian civilians moving near Shifa Hospital.

Medical sources in Gaza report that total fatalities have risen to 62 people; 40 of these deaths occurred within Gaza City itself.
The Ministry of Health in Gaza announced today that Israel is deliberately obstructing World Health Organization efforts to deliver fuel supplies to hospitals across the province.
The ministry added that Israeli occupiers insist on blocking WHO’s attempts to use alternative routes for transporting fuel into hospitals in both southern and northern Gaza.
The statement emphasized that preventing fuel deliveries needed for hospital generators will completely halt healthcare services. The fuel crisis threatens shutdowns at al-Sahaba Medical Complex, Public Services Hospital, central oxygen stations, ambulances, and other medical facilities within days.
The Ministry warned that suspending operations at central oxygen stations and ambulance services would push Gaza toward a severe health and humanitarian disaster.
The ministry urged all relevant agencies to intervene promptly to guarantee safe access for critical hospital fuel supplies throughout the province of Gaza.
