Bin Salman Responds to Riyadh-Islamabad Military Agreement
According to the English section of webangah News Agency,citing Mehr news Agency and CNN Arabic,Saudi Defense Minister Khalid bin Salman reacted to the signing of a joint defense agreement between Saudi arabia and Pakistan.
Khalid bin Salman wrote on his X account: “saudi Arabia and Pakistan; united front against aggression… always and forever.”
Earlier, the Saudi official news agency WAM reported that Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and Pakistani Prime minister shehbaz Sharif signed the strategic joint defense agreement. The accord is part of both countries’ efforts to strengthen their security and also maintain peace and stability in the region and globally.
The agreement aims to expand defense cooperation between the two nations and reinforce mutual deterrence against any form of aggression. It explicitly states that any attack on either country will be considered an attack on both.
