ISIS Attacks Near Deir ez-Zor, Syria
Amid ongoing unrest and political and security instability in Syria, ISIS-affiliated militants launched an attack.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency via Al Mayadeen, ISIS-affiliated militants attacked a patrol of the syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) yesterday.
the assault took place on the outskirts of Deir ez-Zor. During the armed clashes, one SDF fighter was killed and two others were wounded.
It is noteworthy that since the overthrow of Bashar al-Assad’s regime, terrorists ruling parts of Syria have been fighting each othre over money, power, and control of oil-rich areas. Meanwhile, ISIS attacks have also resumed.
