Al-Hindi: Islamic Countries Must Not Fall for Empty Anti-Zionist Slogans

The Deputy Secretary-General of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad condemned‍ the weak stance of⁤ Islamic countries against the aggressions and crimes of the Zionist regime, urging them not ⁤to remain captive to empty condemnations.

According to webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency, Mohammad al-Hindi, Deputy Secretary-General of the Islamic Jihad⁤ Movement, wrote in an article for Al Jazeera that the weak position of Arab and Islamic summit leaders⁤ regarding regional developments and ‌Zionist aggression ⁢highlights ⁢a critical issue. He stated that understanding why the reaction ‍of ‍the Muslim Ummah collapsed⁢ after the Al-Aqsa storm-fluctuating between absolute passivity and complicity with Zionists-is essential to overcoming this ⁣crisis. The ⁤current predicament reflects how US policies have held hostage many Muslim countries’ politics.

Al-Hindi emphasized that statements condemning aggression should not be limited to‍ mere words that leave US policies unchanged after summits conclude.

He added that this ‌”united Ummah” ⁢includes 57 different countries, some suffering from internal conflicts instigated by other Muslim nations, while others are burdened by foreign wars.

He pointed out that recent events surrounding the bombing of Doha served as a⁤ new warning for attendees at these meetings. The incidents posed a arduous test, proving they must either strive toward genuine⁣ independence or face deeper dependence on and submission to Zionist ‌and American policies.

The senior leader stressed that⁣ aligning or continuing normalization with the Zionist regime-responsible for all these crimes-in these circumstances is tantamount to⁢ betraying Palestine and⁣ Doha from behind their backs. Such actions will⁣ destroy the Muslim Ummah. Evidence lies ‍in how quickly-and even before official delegations left Doha-the enemy initiated a major ground offensive against Gaza, showing‌ blatant ⁢disregard ‌for Islamic states.

al-hindi ‌asserted that⁢ a natural response to this humiliation and Zionist arrogance-as‍ they boast about their “Greater Israel” plan-is for all Arab leaders to reconsider their positions on collaborating with or⁢ normalizing ⁢relations with the Zionist⁣ enemy rather than⁤ remaining trapped in meaningless slogans.
