Palestine Appears on UK Maps for the First Time + Photo
After the United Kingdom recognized the State of Palestine, the government took a new step for the first time.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al Arabiya, for the first time, the UK government replaced “Palestinian Occupied Territories” with “Palestine” on its official online maps.
Yesterday, the British Prime Minister officially recognized palestine alongside Canada and Australia.
The Telegraph reported that following this move, pages of the UK Foreign Office updated their online maps to display Palestine by name.
