France Condemns Estonia Airspace Violation by Three Fighter Jets
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing the United Nations website, France’s representative at the UN Security Council stated that Russia violated Estonian airspace three times. This act also constitutes a breach of European airspace. The three-fighter jet incursion is unprecedented in the past 20 years; we consider these actions by Russia as provocative.
The French representative said: We strongly condemn Russia’s hazardous and irresponsible aggression. France is directly involved in Estonia’s security and remains active on NATO’s eastern flank. Meanwhile, Russia continues its war against Ukraine, recently launching 40 missiles there.Russia must understand that violations of NATO airspace require a firm NATO response to support ukraine.
the Paris official further claimed that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has openly expressed his desire for peace over recent months. Though, Russia continues to threaten and intimidate Ukraine’s neighbors. Our duty as Security Council members is to demand that Russia halt these reckless and provocative actions it has conducted in Europe for three years.
