According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Sputnik, Hamid Abdulkader, advisor to the Prime Minister of Yemen’s Sanaa government affiliated with the Ansarallah movement, emphasized that recent threats from the Israeli Defense Minister against the movement’s leader followed a successful Yemeni drone operation targeting a hotel in occupied Eilat and striking a high-ranking Israeli official.
He added that the Israeli Defense Minister’s remarks are an unusual response triggered by yemen’s drone attack deep inside occupied territories.The minister underestimates the strength and resilience of Yemeni fighters.
Abdulkader noted leaked facts from certain Hebrew media indicates that this particular Yemeni drone targeted a senior Israeli official, explaining why Israel’s defense minister is threatening their leader.
A few days earlier, hebrew media released footage showing a Yemeni drone hitting a hotel in occupied Eilat. The strike caused a fire at the hotel premises. In a provocative statement afterward, Israel’s defense minister called for assassinating Ansarallah’s leader.
