UN Urged to Support Samood Fleet En Route to Gaza
According to the English section of webangah News Agency,citing Mehr News Agency and Shihab,the International Committee to Break the Siege of Gaza stated that UN member countries must provide effective support for the samoud Fleet,including naval escort for this fleet.
The committee emphasized that attacks against the Samoud Fleet should be placed on the agenda of United Nations General Assembly sessions. It urged decisions that would prevent further repetition of such attacks.
Last night, Al Jazeera reported that 12 drone strikes targeted nine boats belonging to the Samoud Fleet.
The network also reported extensive drone activity above these fleet vessels.
The Samoud Fleet announced that attacking drones dropped sound bombs on several ships, and damage assessment from these strikes is still ongoing.
