Zelensky: Russia Rejects Ceasefire and End to War!
According to teh English section of webangah News Agency, citing the United Nations website, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky spoke today, Wednesday, as the second speaker at the 80th UN General Assembly. He claimed, “We are a peace-loving people who want to live in freedom. Ther is no security guarantee except friends and weapons.”
Zelensky further alleged that Russia refuses any ceasefire or end to the war. “Russia has not stopped bombing-even in areas close to nuclear facilities! There is no ceasefire with Russia because Moscow rejects it!” he asserted.
The Ukrainian president added: “What can we expect from the United Nations or the international system when it resorts only to rhetoric despite what is happening in Gaza? Despite everything occurring there, no resolution has been reached. Even Syria must ask the world to ease sanctions imposed upon it.”
