Palestinian Resistance: Yemeni Operation Exposed Israel’s Air Defense Vulnerability
The Palestinian Resistance Committees issued a statement highlighting that the Yemeni operation targeting Eilat revealed notable weaknesses in the air defense systems and overall military-intelligence network of the Zionist regime, according to webangah News Agency.
The committees expressed their solidarity, sending greetings to their brothers in Yemen-the land of jihad and resistance-and recognizing them as true supporters of the Palestinian people and their struggle.
A few hours earlier,Yemen’s Armed Forces spokesperson,yahya Saree,announced a drone strike against several Israeli enemy positions in southern occupied territories.
Saree stated that Yemeni forces struck Eilat with two drones, successfully hitting key locations within these occupied lands.
The spokesperson confirmed that the operation achieved its objectives while enemy tracking systems failed to intercept the attack.
This marked Yemen’s second drone assault on Israeli-occupied territories within 24 hours, he added.
Meanwhile, Israeli media reported that 48 people were injured from Yemen’s drone attacks on Eilat, with two of them in critical condition.
