Kremlin Ready to Advance Peace Talks with Ukraine
The Russian Presidential Governance issued a statement responding to recent developments in the negotiations between Russia and Ukraine, as well as U.S. President Donald Trump’s mediation efforts, according to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency via Al Jazeera.The statement declared that Russia is prepared to participate in measures aimed at a complete prohibition of biological weapons.
The Kremlin confirmed Russia’s willingness to engage in peace talks regarding Ukraine and emphasized: “We assume that Donald Trump remains committed to pursuing peace between Russia and Ukraine. We welcome Trump’s call for using artificial intelligence to ensure compliance with the Biological Weapons Convention.”
At the same time, the statement highlighted that attempts to contain Russia in the Arctic region would have negative consequences for the global economy.
