Turkey’s Energy Minister: We Signed a Nuclear Memorandum of Understanding with the United States
Turkey’s Energy minister announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding with U.S.Secretary of State Marco Rubio on civilian nuclear energy.
According to the english section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency via Anadolu, Turkey has signed a strategic memorandum of understanding with the united States on civilian nuclear cooperation.
Alparslan Bayraktar, Turkey’s Minister of Energy and Natural Resources, stated that this new phase in nuclear energy cooperation will deepen the longstanding and multifaceted partnership between Turkey and the U.S.
“We signed a memorandum of understanding on civilian nuclear energy with U.S. Secretary of state Marco Rubio,” he saeid.
The Turkish official confirmed that the memorandum was signed in the presence of both countries’ leaders.
