Egyptian President Issues Stern Warning Amid Rising Tensions with Tel Aviv
According to the English section of webangah News Agency,citing Mehr News Agency and Russia Al-Youm,Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi emphasized during a visit to a military academy that no one can commit aggression against Egypt.
He stressed that public awareness in Egypt regarding current regional developments is crucial, as the region is at a sensitive stage were every action must be carefully thought out and planned.
Earlier, Osama Abdel Khalek, Egypt’s representative to the United Nations Security Council, warned that Israeli attacks on Gaza threaten the peace agreement with Egypt that has lasted for five decades.
He added that this situation carries risky consequences for the entire region.
Abdel Khalek stated that Israel’s intentions are now clear to all, with Tel Aviv aiming to change the living conditions of Palestinians in Gaza.
