Two-Month-Old Palestinian Infant Dies from Severe Hunger
Media reports indicate a worsening famine in the Gaza Strip alongside the death of another Palestinian infant in the enclave.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al jazeera, Eid Abu Jameh, a two-and-a-half-month-old Palestinian infant, died from severe famine and malnutrition at Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis.
Earlier, the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for palestine Refugees (UNRWA) had reported an escalation of hunger crises in Gaza.
An assessment by the International Rescue Committee states that one in every three children living in Gaza goes without food for a full 24 hours. Numerous Palestinian children and infants have lost their lives due to food shortages and malnutrition.
