According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Russia Today, Hebrew-language media reported that Israel’s Shin bet agency plans to investigate the reasons behind the failure of its assassination operation targeting Hamas leaders in Doha.
This decision by Shin bet comes a day after statements from an Israeli officer involved in the Qatar operation confirmed that it was unsuccessful.
Earlier, a high-ranking Qatari official revealed that one senior figure nearly lost their life during the Israeli attack on Doha.
