Deadly Crash in Southern Egypt Leaves 22 Dead and Injured
A road accident in southern Egypt has left at least 22 people dead or injured.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Gulf News, a bus crash in the city of Beni Mazar in Egypt’s Minya Governorate resulted in at least eight deaths and 14 injuries.
The Egyptian Ministry of Health reported dispatching 34 ambulances to the scene to transport the injured to hospitals.
Minya Governorate has experienced similar accidents on its desert roads in recent years.
