Continued Bombing and Genocide in Gaza Strip Amid Global Silence
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Shahab News Agency via Mehr News Agency,Israeli occupation forces have continued intense aerial and artillery strikes against various areas of the Gaza Strip. Their ongoing attacks on homes, refugee shelters, residential neighborhoods, and refugee camps have resulted in numerous deaths and injuries.
Medical sources reported that after a house was targeted in western Deir al-Balah city in central Gaza Strip, six civilians were killed and several others wounded. In a separate incident near Al-Attar station in the Al-Mawasi area west of Khan Younis, three members of one family- including a pregnant woman and her child-were killed when an airstrike hit a refugee tent.
The occupiers’ aircraft also struck another house in Deir al-Balah,causing further casualties among both dead and injured. These strikes coincided with heavy air raids and intense artillery shelling on Khan Younis city and surrounding areas. Repeated attacks targeted neighborhoods such as Al-Zaytoun, Al-Shuja’iya, Al-Tuffah, and Al-Sabra within Gaza City itself. Additional bombardments struck parts of Al-Nuseirat, Al-Bureij, and al-Shati camps.
Artillery fire also hit areas west of Gaza City including the neighborhood of Al-Nasser while drones continued firing at civilian homes and refugee camps.Meanwhile, despite this ongoing violence amounting to what many describe as genocide against Gaza’s population, the international community remains largely silent.
