Israeli Navy Surprised by Mass Samood Ship Maneuver
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Shihab,Wael Nawar,a member of the Samood Fleet Coordination Committee, stated that Israeli ships approached close to the Alma vessel, considered the flagship of this fleet, and disrupted its dialog equipment.
Nawar added that Israeli forces were taken aback by the indifference shown by Samood-affiliated vessels as they continued their course toward Gaza.
He emphasized that these aggressor ships witnessed how the Samood fleet reorganized around the Sirius vessel. Following this, Israeli forces moved toward and surrounded Sirius but were again surprised to see other vessels continuing unimpeded toward Gaza. Whenever they attempted to infiltrate from any direction, skilled maneuvers by these ships prevented them and allowed uninterrupted progress.
Nawar remarked that it seemed Israel was testing whether stopping one ship would halt others. He asserted that even if 47 ships were stopped,”the 48th ship would continue on its path.”
