500 Pro-Palestine Protesters Arrested in England
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al masirah Network, UK police reported that 493 people have been arrested during protests opposing the government’s decision to ban the organization “Action for Palestine.”
The demonstrations by Action for Palestine in London began hours ago in support of the oppressed people of Gaza and to condemn ongoing crimes committed by Israeli occupiers in the Strip.
London police confronted protesters, acting in defence of Israeli settlers.
Footage released by Russia Today shows elderly participants among those arrested while supporting Gaza’s civilians.
The videos depict an elderly individual being detained by police amid applause from onlookers.
Ongoing protests in spain show solidarity with Palestine
meanwhile, thousands gathered in Madrid, Spain’s capital, staging large-scale demonstrations expressing solidarity with the Palestinian people. They demanded an immediate end to war and atrocities committed by Israel in Gaza.
