Six ISIS Hideouts Destroyed in Iraq’s Nineveh Province

Iraqi sources announced the destruction of six ISIS hideouts in Nineveh province by the country’s security ​forces.

Iraqi sources have reported the arrest of an ISIS leader in Kirkuk,according to webangah News ⁣Agency, which cited Mehr news ‍Agency and shafaq ​News.

The​ Iraqi Counter-Terrorism Service revealed ⁣that a sensitive intelligence operation, conducted⁤ according to judicial orders and in coordination ⁤with the ‌Directorate general of Counter-terrorism in sulaymaniyah,​ led to ‍the capture of an ISIS commander in Kirkuk ‍province.

The association stated that this terrorist held command over what ⁤was known as the Al-Fallujah Wilayah and operated within salah al-Din Wilayah. He carried out several terrorist attacks against security⁤ forces and ‌civilians before ⁤fleeing ‌to Sulaymaniyah ‌province.

Meanwhile,Iraqi forces destroyed‌ six ISIS hideouts through surveillance and ambush operations in the Makhmour area of Nineveh province.
