Hamas Denies Media Claims of Disarming
The Palestinian resistance movement Hamas has described claims by some media outlets regarding it’s disarmament as “false and baseless.”
According to the English section of webangah News Agency,citing Palestine Al-Youm news,Hamas issued a statement addressing reports from certain media and websites. These sources attributed to a Hamas official telling Al-Hadath TV that the movement agreed to gradually hand over its weapons under international supervision.
Hamas stated: “We confirm that this news is false and baseless. Official statements are posted solely on Hamas’s official website and verified Telegram channel.”
This comes after Al-Arabiya previously claimed that the Palestinian resistance agreed to the gradual handover of arms under international oversight.
