Spain Decides to File Complaint Against Zionist Regime at International Criminal Court
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr news Agency via Al Jazeera, Spain’s Interior Minister stated that his country will take a preventive step by filing a complaint against the Israeli regime at the International Criminal Court regarding incidents involving the “Sumud” flotilla.
Fernando Grande-Marlaska emphasized that, under both domestic and international law, any attack on individuals in international waters constitutes a violation of freedom.
Earlier, Tunisia’s National Committee to Support Resistance in Palestine announced it would submit an international complaint against Israel for illegally detaining the Sumud flotilla and assaulting journalists.
The committee also demanded the immediate release of those detained from the Sumud flotilla and called for accountability for israel’s unlawful obstruction of humanitarian aid entering Gaza.
