Hamas: “Sumud” Fleet Documents New Evidence of Israeli Regime’s Atrocities
The Islamic Resistance movement (Hamas) issued a statement highlighting that the ordeal faced by activists of the Samoud flotilla constitutes new evidence of the Israeli regime’s brutality.
The statement reads: “The harrowing testimonies of Samoud flotilla activists provide fresh proof of the occupied regime’s savagery and expose its repeated and blatant violations of human rights and international law. The occupiers committed clear violations of human rights when they seized flotilla members in international waters and afterward.”
Hamas called on all relevant countries, human rights organizations, and humanitarian bodies to document these horrific testimonies.
The movement also demanded immediate legal action against the occupying regime and its leaders at the International Criminal Court (ICC) and other competent tribunals, stating: “Prosecuting these crimes is a defense of human values and a step toward achieving justice for the besieged, resilient Palestinian people who continue to face starvation and genocide.”
