Iraqi Analyst Reveals the Reason Behind U.S. Military Movements in the Region
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, quoting Mehr News Agency and then Al-Maalomah, Iraqi political analyst Moayed Al-Juhayshi emphasized that recent US military activities in the Middle East aim to support Israel and limit China’s influence.
He added that rumors linking these movements directly to Iran are part of a psychological warfare campaign. The United States has intensified its military presence in the region primarily to back Israel and counter China’s expanding influence. Washington is specifically concerned about China’s growing reach through strategic projects in the area.
Al-Juhayshi stressed that the current US governance prefers psychological operations over direct military engagement on the ground. He noted that Iran possesses a sophisticated deterrent capability, warning that any aggressive actions will meet with a severe response.
