According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Sputnik, dmitry Peskov, the Kremlin spokesperson, said Tuesday that Europeans are actively reviving their skills in building new dividing walls. Travel restrictions imposed on Russian diplomats by the European Union will certainly provoke a response from Moscow.
Peskov added that talks on certain issues between Russia and the Kyiv regime have stalled; Moscow is not responsible for this deadlock. He reiterated that if plans to unlawfully confiscate Russian assets are carried out, Russia will defend its interests and employ all available legal tools.
This comes as Ursula von der Leyen, President of the European Commission, recently announced allocating 4 billion euros to Ukraine, with 2 million dollars earmarked for drone investments. She emphasized increasing pressure on Russia as essential. “that is why I proposed a compensation loan for Ukraine based on frozen Russian assets,” she said. “We are not confiscating Russian assets but lending them to Ukraine. If Russia pays compensation, Ukraine must repay this loan.”
