Israeli Foreign Minister Struggles to Justify Tel Aviv’s Defeat

While ‍teh Israeli ⁢regime has failed to achieve its declared⁤ goal of destroying Hamas⁢ after two years, its foreign minister attempted ⁣to downplay the defeat resulting from the Gaza ceasefire agreement.

According to the English section of webangah News Agency, ⁤citing⁢ Mehr News Agency and Al ⁢Jazeera, Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon ⁤Sa’ar responded ‌to the Gaza ceasefire agreement by attempting ⁢to⁢ obscure ‌his regime’s failure ⁣against ⁣Hamas. He claimed, “We have not abandoned any of the war objectives or ⁣ending Hamas’ rule in Gaza.”

He added,”Expanding normalization efforts in the ⁣region works in our favor.Today, at⁤ a cabinet meeting, I will vote in favor of ⁣a plan to free Israeli prisoners.”

The Israeli ‍foreign minister made thes remarks despite one ⁣of Tel Aviv’s primary stated goals over the past two years being the complete⁤ destruction of Hamas and ‍Palestinian fighters-a goal that remains unmet. ⁣Rather, the ⁢resilience of resistance forces⁤ compelled Israeli leaders to negotiate a ceasefire ⁢agreement with Hamas representatives.
