How Does Tel Aviv Deal with Its Burnt-Out Players?
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency via shehab,a former spokesperson for the Israeli army stated that considering the ceasefire, those who collaborated with Israeli soldiers in Gaza will never be allowed to enter the occupied territories.
He added that these individuals must face alone the fate awaiting them.
The former army spokesperson said, “We did not force anyone to cooperate with us. They must bear the consequences of their decisions. It seems these mercenaries’ usefulness to the Israeli regime has come to an end.”
Earlier, Israel’s military radio reported that the fate of the Yasser Abu Shabab group and other militias organized by Shin Bet in Gaza appears worse than that of Lebanon’s South Army.
The report indicated many members of this institution have already initiated contact seeking surrender to Hamas.
The Yasser Abu Shabab faction is a local criminal gang within Gaza. Backed by Israeli forces, they attacked humanitarian aid distribution centers and turned these areas into scenes of mass slaughter. These mercenaries also carried out operations aimed at inciting chaos and disorder.
A human rights center revealed that these armed individuals wear distinct military uniforms bearing an insignia indicating Palestinian counter-terrorism efforts. This distinctive outfit identifies them as part of Yasser Abu Shabab’s network, headquartered in zones controlled by Israeli occupiers and operating under orders from the occupying army.
