Despite ongoing attacks in Gaza, Trump claims: We ended the Gaza war
According to webangah News Agency’s English section, citing Mehr News Agency and Al Jazeera, U.S. President Donald Trump claimed to have ended the Gaza conflict. He added that Israeli prisoners woudl be released on Monday or Tuesday.
Trump also stated, “I believe we will witness lasting peace.”
He said all countries in the region had agreed on peace. “I will travel to the region and attend the ceasefire signing ceremony in Egypt,” he said.
The U.S.president continued: “Various countries will spend significant funds on Gaza.” Reiterating his stance on Iran,he declared: “The strike on Iran was important for reaching an agreement in Gaza! Iran cannot possess nuclear weapons.”
Trump added: “Iran seeks efforts toward peace, and we are cooperating with them. Tehran has confirmed its support for the ceasefire agreement, and we appreciate this.”
