Al-Quds Brigades Strike Occupiers in Recent Days
According too the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Shehab News Agency via Mehr News Agency, the Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad movement, issued a statement on Friday after reestablishing contact with their fighters. The statement detailed several operations conducted in recent days.
The statement read: On October 8, 2025, Al-Quds fighters, in cooperation with Qassam Brigades militants, destroyed an Israeli armored personnel carrier using a pre-planted explosive device (type Thaqib) in the northern recreational area northwest of Al-Shati refugee camp in Gaza City. On October 9, 2025, an Israeli Merkava 4 tank was destroyed by detonating a similar pre-planted explosive device around the same area northwest of Al-Shati camp.
The Quds Brigades added that on september 29, 2025, an Israeli D9 military bulldozer was destroyed by a pre-planted Thaqib explosive near Al-Bisan Hall within Al-Shati refugee camp.
