19 Feared Dead in Massive Explosion at U.S. Ammunition Factory
A massive explosion at an ammunition manufacturing plant in Tennessee has left at least 19 people missing.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and the associated press, a powerful blast at an ammunition factory in Tennessee has resulted in 19 individuals being unaccounted for. Authorities fear that these people may have died.
Chris Davis, sheriff of Humphreys County, Tennessee, where the explosion occurred, said it took place at the Accurate Energetic Systems plant. He described the scene as one of the worst he has ever witnessed.
The explosion completely destroyed one production building, leveling it to the ground. The blast was felt miles away from the site.
