Buses Transporting Hundreds of Palestinian Prisoners Depart Israeli Prisons
Media reports indicate teh movement of buses carrying Palestinian prisoners from Israeli detention centers.
According to the English section of webangah News agency, citing Shihab via Mehr news Agency, the Palestinian Prisoners’ Affairs Details office announced that buses transporting prisoners scheduled for release today under an agreement with Israel have departed.
The report states that buses carrying Palestinian prisoners have left Ofer Prison heading toward Beitunia in Ramallah.
Additionally, buses transporting inmates from Nafha Prison will be sent to the Gaza Strip.
Under this prisoner exchange, nearly 2,000 Palestinian detainees are expected to be released in exchange for 20 Israeli captives.
