Release of Nearly 4,000 Palestinian Prisoners in Three Prisoner Exchange Deals
According to the English section of webangah News agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Quds Al-Akhbariya, Palestinian sources confirmed that in three prisoner exchange agreements attained by the resistance amid the Battle of Al-Aqsa Storm, 3,985 Palestinian detainees were freed from Israeli prisons.
These sources stated that among those released,486 prisoners held life sentences,while another 319 had long-term sentences.
Thay also reported that 297 of these freed prisoners were minors, and 114 were Palestinian women. Additionally, 33 freed detainees face possible life imprisonment or long-term sentences.
The sources emphasized that 2,724 of these prisoners are residents of the Gaza Strip who had been detained by israeli forces after October 7.
