Trump and Zelensky to Meet at White House; Eventful Friday Awaits the Oval Office
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and TASS, US President Donald Trump confirmed his intention to meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky this month.
trump answered a question about the meeting while returning from Cairo to Washington, confirming that he will host Zelensky at the White House on October 17 (Friday).
He did not provide further details but said, “Yes, I believe so.”
Trump also declined to comment on the possibility of supplying Tomahawk missiles to ukraine. Earlier, Financial Times journalist Christopher Miller cited three sources claiming that Trump would meet Zelensky at the White House.
He also referred to a recent phone call between the two leaders discussing the provision of american Tomahawk missiles for Ukraine.
