Erdogan: Establishing an Independent Palestinian State Is the Only Solution to Regional Conflicts

According to the English section of webangah‌ News Agency,citing Anadolu Agency,Turkey’s President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan stated tuesday that “nowadays,we⁣ must all come together to heal Palestine’s wounds,revive Gaza,and be a lifeline for our brothers⁣ and sisters there.”

Erdoğan added that it may take years‌ for Gaza to stand on its feet again. “There will be a period of reconstruction​ and recovery. Turkey holds a significant responsibility in this effort,” he saeid.

The‍ president also emphasized that collective discussions would take place with Gulf countries and the United States to ‍determine the necessary steps forward.

Expressing hope about recent diplomatic developments, ‍Erdoğan noted: “I hope the quadrilateral declaration from yesterday’s Sharm El-Sheikh summit becomes a new focal point for ⁢peace ‌in the region.”

He reflected ‌on conditions in Gaza, saying: “Despite difficulties and limited enthusiasm, children’s smiles remain visible. Mothers can send their children onto streets without fear of bombs. Even these small signs bring us joy.”

He reiterated his firm​ stance: “The only solution to conflict in this region is establishing an​ independent ​palestinian state with East Jerusalem as its capital.”
