Starmer: Destruction in Gaza Is Indescribable
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Al Jazeera via Mehr News Agency, British Prime Minister Keir starmer said on Tuesday: “We are awaiting the release of the bodies of slain Israelis from Gaza.… The destruction and killing in Gaza has ended, and aid efforts have begun.We must deliver more aid to Gaza more quickly. The signing of the ceasefire agreement in Sharm El-Sheikh was historic.”
Without condemning Israeli forces’ crimes against Gaza’s oppressed population, Starmer added: ”Our next focus must be on implementing a Middle East peace plan. The devastation in Gaza is indescribable and requires international effort. We will work to fully implement a 20-point Middle East peace plan. We will continue close cooperation with the Palestinian Authority regarding necessary reforms.”
Regarding Hamas, Starmer claimed: “We are prepared to play a role in disarming Hamas and dismantling its capabilities! We have an possibility to pursue the so-called two-state solution and remain fully committed to it!”
