Despite Ceasefire Agreement, Israel Continues Attacks on Gaza
Despite the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, Israeli assaults against the area continue.
According to the english section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Shehab, Israeli forces targeted Al-nazzaz Street in the Al-Shuja’iyya neighborhood in eastern Gaza City during their artillery attacks.
The report states that Israeli soldiers also fired at Palestinians in eastern Gaza areas.
An Al Jazeera correspondent has reported tank attacks by Israeli forces east of Gaza City.
Additionally, Israeli military boats opened fire on fishermen west of Al-Shati refugee camp in northern Gaza. This occurred despite the ceasefire agreement, which requires all attacks on Gaza to cease. Yesterday, a Hamas spokesperson announced that Israel violated terms of this agreement.
