Gaza Death Toll Reaches 67,938

The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza released an updated ⁣statement on​ casualties caused by Israeli military operations since October⁢ 7, 2023. According to the ⁢ministry, 67,938 Palestinians have‌ been killed as an inevitable result‌ of these attacks.

The ministry also⁤ stated that the ‌total​ number of injured has reached 170,169 as the war began.

In ⁣the ​past 24 hours alone, authorities transferred the bodies of 25 victims to hospitals-16 recovered ‌from beneath rubble. additionally,​ 35 people were wounded during ‍this period.

Thousands remain missing and trapped under debris in Gaza.

Meanwhile, continuing violations of the ceasefire by Israeli forces ⁤targeted⁣ Palestinian civilians in Shujaiya‌ neighborhood in ​eastern⁤ Gaza city. This ‌assault resulted in two additional deaths,⁤ bringing recent fatalities linked to ceasefire breaches over several days to nine.
