The US Geological Survey announced that a 6.5-magnitude earthquake shook Papua province in eastern Indonesia.
No tsunami warning has been issued, and there are no reports of damage so far.
The earthquake’s epicenter was located about 200 kilometers from the city of Jayapura, at a depth of 35 kilometers.
