Palestine Islamic Jihad Movement Issues Statement on assassination of Yemen Army Chief of Staff
The English section of webangah News Agency, citing Al-Masirah, reported that the Palestinian Islamic Jihad Movement issued a statement mourning the death of Yemen’s Chief of Staff.
The Islamic Jihad statement said: “We extend our deepest condolences to the people of Yemen, Ansar Allah movement, and Yemeni armed forces on the martyrdom of Major General Mohammed Abdulkarim Al-Ghamari, Chief of Staff of their army. We pray for God’s mercy and forgiveness upon him.”
The movement emphasized: “The Palestinian nation will remain loyal to the sacrifices made by the Yemeni people. We take pride in their martyrs who supported our cause.”
Islamic Jihad added: “We are honored by the mingling bloods of palestinians and Yemenis united in resistance against our enemy and in defense of our sacred values.”
Earlier today, Thursday, Yemeni armed forces announced in a statement that Major General Mohammed Abdulkarim Al-Ghamari had been martyred.
