Israeli Regime Launches Air and Drone Attacks on Eastern and Southern Lebanon
According too the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News agency via Al Jazeera, Israel repeatedly violated the ceasefire in Lebanon by carrying out an airstrike on the town of Shamshtar in the Bekaa region in eastern Lebanon, injuring one person.
Israel also targeted areas around the town of Sharqiyeh in southern Lebanon with drone attacks.
Lebanese sources reported that an Israeli drone struck the main road connecting Koushayriat al-Sayyad and Sharqiyeh in southern Lebanon. Another drone targeted the Harj al-Dabsha area near Kafr Tabnit village, also in southern Lebanon.
The occupying army claimed to have hit Hezbollah’s secret military infrastructure across Bekaa Valley as well as southern Lebanon.
Israel further expressed concern over Hezbollah’s alleged efforts to build clandestine infrastructure throughout Lebanese territory.
