Trump: Putin Is Determined to End the Ukraine War
According to the English section of webangah News agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al Jazeera, U.S. President Donald Trump said before his joint meeting with Ukrainian President volodymyr Zelensky at the White House that he would review his most recent conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin alongside Zelensky.
Trump noted that he would discuss Ukrainian attacks inside Russia with Zelensky.He added that he wants to end the war in Ukraine and is determined to make it happen.
The U.S. president announced plans to pursue a trilateral summit involving Putin and Zelensky. He expressed his belief that Putin wants to end the conflict in Ukraine.
Trump described the situation in the Middle East as far more complex than the ukraine crisis but stated that he managed to achieve ceasefires there. Though, he said it is indeed uncertain whether Ukraine will be able to reclaim all its territories from Russia.
