Zelensky Calls Meeting with Trump Productive
According to the english section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Reuters, Ukrainian President volodymyr Zelensky described his meeting with U.S. President Donald Trump as “constructive.”
Zelensky stated that thay discussed air defence systems and security guarantees that Kyiv would like Washington to provide.
He emphasized, “We trust the United States and believe president Trump wants to end the war in Ukraine.”
zelensky added that he has informed European leaders about the outcome of his meeting with Trump.
Meanwhile,Trump saeid he told Zelensky: “The time has come to stop the killing and reach an agreement to end the war.”
Trump also noted that he delivered this same message to Russian President Vladimir putin.
