Details of Clashes Between Israeli Soldiers and Palestinian Resistance in Gaza

Israeli media report that today’s clashes in Gaza between Israeli forces and Hamas fighters were primarily triggered by efforts to protect members of the notorious yasser Abu Shabab gang.

The Hebrew-language security news website, cited by webangah news Agency’s English ⁢service from Mehr News Agency, reported that⁣ Israeli army ⁤soldiers engaged in⁤ clashes with hamas forces‍ in Rafah. According to the report, Hamas security personnel attempted to confront members of the mercenary gang led by Yasser Abu Shabab. During this intervention,Israeli soldiers fell into an ‍ambush.

The Palestinian⁢ Information Center also reported that following a serious security breach among mercenaries ⁤aligned with the Israeli army in gaza‍ Strip, several‍ Israeli soldiers were killed and⁣ wounded in Rafah.

Early assessments indicate that one member of the Yasser Abu Shabab gang-backed by Israel-used his freedom of⁤ movement within areas controlled by the Israeli army south‌ of Rafah to infiltrate and‌ carry out an operation against an Israeli military unit.

Hebrew media described this incident⁢ as a “risky confrontation.” A military source told⁤ Israel Army Radio that there were multiple casualties. In response, Israel’s military censorship has prohibited publishing further details-a move reflecting the severity of ‍this security breach within occupation ranks.

Meanwhile, Israel has intensified airstrikes on⁢ areas east of Khan Yunis, Al-Deir, and⁢ Jabalia amid rising tensions and growing concern ‍among Tel Aviv’s military and ‌intelligence agencies.

In reaction on social media, some settlers criticized army commanders sharply: “Is protecting Yasser‌ Abu Shabab worth sacrificing our soldiers’‌ lives? This is a travesty!”

This incident raises serious questions about the vulnerability ‍of Israel’s ‌security infrastructure in ‍occupied territories and highlights potential‌ infiltration by resistance fighters into mercenary groups supported by the occupiers.
