Grossi Supports Peaceful Solution to Iran’s Nuclear Issue

Teh ‌Director ‌General‌ of the International Atomic Energy Agency supported a peaceful resolution to the Iranian nuclear issue without condemning the US⁣ and its⁤ regional proxy, the Israeli ⁢occupation forces, for their aggression against Tehran.

The ⁤International Atomic ⁢Energy Agency (IAEA) Director General Rafael Grossi stated in an interview with‍ the Neue‌ Zürcher Zeitung on Sunday that inspectors do not believe Iran has hidden large quantities of‌ highly enriched uranium at various locations. This comes despite his‍ previous reluctance ‌to condemn US and Israeli attacks on tehran⁣ over recent‌ months, a duty expected from his ⁣role.

Grossi‍ claimed that ‍available information indicates these materials are mainly held ‍at known ⁣nuclear facilities in Isfahan, Fordow, and, to some⁤ extent, Natanz.

He added that‌ small ⁢amounts may have been moved elsewhere.

Grossi further asserted that Israel and ⁣the United States severely damaged Iran’s nuclear sites in June during their aggressive strikes.

he said IAEA inspectors will only access these sites “when Iran recognizes its national interests” in allowing⁣ such inspections.

The IAEA chief ⁣acknowledged Tehran’s denial of‌ any ⁣attempt to⁤ produce nuclear weapons.

However, catering‍ to his⁣ American and ‍Israeli‍ backers’ concerns, he‌ insisted worries⁣ about Iran acquiring nuclear arms remain “far from resolved.”

The Argentine diplomat once again⁢ endorsed a peaceful solution ‍to this conflict.

Avoiding mention of US and Israeli ⁤aggression amid ‌indirect talks between Tehran and Washington, Grossi claimed: “Sitting around a table⁢ saves‍ us⁢ from another round of bombings and‌ attacks!”
