Russia Captures Two Districts in Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia

According to the‍ English ​section ⁢of⁣ webangah News Agency, citing RIA Novosti via ⁤Mehr News Agency, the Russian Ministry of Defense ​stated on Sunday that its forces‌ have seized ⁤two additional⁢ settlements⁣ in⁢ Donetsk and‌ Zaporizhzhia amid ⁣ongoing advances.

The‌ ministry reported ​that decisive actions ‍by units from the center ⁤and east resulted⁤ in the liberation‍ of Chonishino settlement in donetsk and Poltavka settlement ⁣in Zaporizhzhia.

In a statement, Russia’s ​defense ministry added that over the past⁢ 24 hours, ⁣Russian forces destroyed 323 drones,‍ two guided bombs, and three HIMARS missiles. They also targeted transport infrastructure supporting‌ Ukrainian armed forces’ logistics.

The ⁤ministry further announced‍ that its​ air defense systems intercepted⁢ and destroyed‍ 45 Ukrainian drones overnight across areas including Samara, Saratov, Voronezh, and⁣ Rostov.
