Thailand Bans Israeli Tourists from Certain Sites
Israeli media reported that some restaurants and shops in Thailand have banned Israeli tourists from entering their premises.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al Jazeera, Channel 12 of Israeli television reported that several restaurants and shops in Thailand have refused service to Israeli tourists and posted signs protesting against them.
The report highlights a sign at the entrance of a resturant on the popular tourist island of Koh Phangan. The sign, written in English, reads “No Israelis” accompanied by two red X marks-an explicit indication that Israelis are barred from entering the establishment.
