Lapid: Israel Faces Its Most Dangerous Political Crisis
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al Mayadeen, Yair Lapid, leader of the opposition in Israel, admitted that despite the signing of a Gaza ceasefire agreement, the regime remains entrenched in its most severe political crisis.
He added that international recognition of the State of Palestine has increased significantly, with 142 countries having taken this step so far.
Lapid also noted that Norway’s sovereign wealth fund is withdrawing its investments from the occupied territories.
He confessed that global companies have canceled their involvement in projects within the occupied territories. Israeli products are no longer sold in Europe and quietly removed from shelves. Simultaneously occurring, senior Israeli officials have resigned from their posts.
